Hello, I'm Simon. I'm a freelance location Sound Recordist and Production Sound Mixer covering commercials, branded content, corporates, TV, docs, drama, film, music recording and playback for music videos. I'm based in London, UK, but very happy to travel.

I take pride in delivering high quality recordings on every job. I'm a full member of the IPS and AMPS with over 20 years experience working in different sound disciplines. Whatever the challenge on your shoot, I have the kit and know how to make things work.
Collaboration on set saves you time and money in post
I have great kit, but it's not just using the right tools for the job that gets you great sound. Working collaboratively with other departments to solve any potential sound issues on location saves you time and money spent on your edit in post-production.
Your peace of mind on location
I have full Public Liability Insurance and carry spares of all microphones, radiomics and recorders. Sound won't stop your shoot if we're up a mountain or in deepest south London.
